Nigerian music artiste, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, alongside a number of persons and brands, is in deep trouble again after breaking lockdown directives, for a second time already, by flying a chartered plane to Abuja and hosting a concert with his fans present a few weeks after making the news for being in Funke Akindele’s house during the lock-down

The Federal Government, on Monday, announced the indefinite suspension of the operations of Executive Jet Services and said it would impose the maximum fine on the operator for violating the flight approval it received from the Federal Ministry of Aviation.

The government also said the pilot of the jet would also be sanctioned for giving wrong information to the control tower.

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has also sealed Jabi Lake Mall for violating the ban on public gatherings.

All these come just a few days after fellow dancehall musician, Zlatan Ibile, alleged on his Instagram stories that actress, Funke Akindele, warned him to stay away from Naira Marley because associating with him is not good for his brand.

Recall that at the height of the COVID-19 lock-down, Naira Marley was pictured celebrating with Funke Akindele and a host of others as her husband, JJC Skillz, celebrated his birthday.

Funke Akindele was tried and convicted in court for violating lock-down guidelines whilst Naira Marley and Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi, a former governorship aspirant in Lagos and owner of Amen Estate, were freed without publicly appearing in court.

ex-BBNaija housemate, Kim Oprah, who flew to Abuja aboard the private aircraft also now has her name tainted in the ongoing mess.

So is Naira Marley truly a bad luck to brand who associate with him?
