Barely 48 hours after declaring his intentions to partake in the mandatory NYSC scheme and also visiting the Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos camp to register for the exercise, recent developments indicate that pop sensation, Davido will clearly not complete the three weeks camping exercise.
This is because the singer has flown out of the country ahead of the start of his highly anticipated ‘Locked Up’ gig billed to hold in Boston, United States of America.
The ‘Nwa Baby’ crooner took to his Instagram story to share details of his trip which has since generated massive reaction among his followers.
Recall that some corps members went wild yesterday, Thursday, August 30, 2018, when Davido arrived the camp in celebrity style ahead of the swearing-in ceremony.
In a photo of the moment shared by the singer on his social media handles afterwards, one would see clearly that the corps members couldn’t hide their excitement of having him share the same camp with them.
InsideMainland gathered that the officials of the NYSC at a point during the ceremony urged the singer to mount the stage to share words with his fellow corps members. He however politely turned down the offer but thrilled them to a rapturous moment afterwards.
