Never seen photos of the newly renovated Ikorodu Ferry Terminal

Ahead of the official commissioning of the newly revamped Ikorodu Ferry Terminal located in Ebute – Ikorodu, Lagos Mainland, by the Lagos State Government, the traditional leader in Ikorodu community, HRM Oba Kabir Shotobi alongside Hon. Babajimi Benson representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives paid a visit to inspect the level of work done on the site.

The monarch flanked by other dignitaries and the lawmaker visited the facility recently with the Ayangburen expressing his delight on the level of work done at the spot.

According to the Ayangburen; “This will bring the much-needed development in water transport in Lagos and ease the movement of Ikorodu residents from one part of Lagos to another. I am deeply impressed about the level of work done and can’t wait for operations to kick start in earnest.”

Corroborating the monarch, the Ikorodu lawmaker, Hon. Babajimi Benson said: “Initiatives of this nature is what obtains in other parts of the world. With this facility, Ikorodu residents will aside coming here to take boats to other parts of Lagos can also visit the dedicated fun spots to enjoy the serene environment with their family and loved ones.”

Although the newly renovated property is ready to be officially opened for use, most residents in the axis and other parts of the Lagos Mainland are yet to have a closer look at the facility and its offerings.
