In the aftermath of the allegations against one Victor Achidume, the sole financier of Magico Football Academy, Agege, Lagos Mainland, for shaving the pubic hair of teenagers in the community and his eventual arrest, the suspect has reportedly regained his freedom.
Sources told InsideMainland that the suspect was seen around Agege and Ikeja communities over the weekend moving freely in company of friends while informing anyone who cares to listen of his innocence.
Recall that the suspect was arrested in May 2018 for allegedly shaving the pubic hair of five teenage boys in his apartment located at Alagba Estate, Agege, Lagos Mainland. At the time of his arrest, the suspect argued that the allegations were false and that he would be vindicated in not time.
According to a source, the suspect was in a happy mood nearly bragging about being off the hook barely two weeks after his initial arrest. “He had moved out of Anifowoshe in Ikeja years ago but he returned to the area over the weekend with some friends where he visited people to inform them that he is out of Police cell,” the source said.
Meanwhile, a source told InsideMainland that the case is no longer in court saying “he now tells people that he is free man that the allegations against him were only word of mouth and not concrete enough.”
InsideMainland gathered that the suspect works with various leading organizations from where he made enough money to spend on football teams and their players.
