ISALE EKO: Century Group empowers Nigerian youths with stage play

Century Group led by Mr. Ken Etete has empowered over 200 youths directly and indirectly with its support for the play Isale Eko scheduled to hold on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at the Muson Centre, Lagos.

Speaking during a courtesy visit by the Executive Producer of Isale Eko, Joseph Edgar, Etete said that “there was the need for our youths to look beyond the limited opportunities structured employment affords them.”

According to him; “Century Group is focused on the entertainment industry as an outlet for its corporate vision of empowering youths through visible empowerment initiatives.”

In his remarks, Edgar announced that Isale Eko would engage 100 youths directly as cast and crew and another 100 providing other support services like digital media support, graphics, printing, catering, hospitality amongst others.

Meanwhile, the executive producer of Isale Eko noted that the total budget for the play is this year N20 m but would soon hit the N 30m mark due to additional demands.

The popular play, Isale Eko will premiere at the Agip Recital Hall of the Muson Centre this June and it’s also supported by InsideMainland as a media partner. Other leading brands supporting the play include; Wema Bank, FCMB, Jobtaska, Cordross capital, ARM among others.
