IN TEJUOSHO: Police chief commissions new police post – PHOTOS

As part of the efforts to reduce crime rate in the popular Tejuosho market, the Lagos State Police Commissioner, Mr. Imohimi Edgal has officially opened a new police post in the market.

The Police boss inaugurated the police post built by traders at the Main Tejuosho Shopping Complex, Yaba, Lagos Mainland, yesterday, Thursday, April 5, 2018.

Commenting on the development, Edgal heaped praises on the Iya Oloja of the market, Alhaja Iyabode Amish, traders and major stakeholders for providing the space, finances and support to erect the police post.

He added that “the post is one of the measures aimed at bringing policing to the people, increase police presence and create the opportunity for traders to partner the police to fight crime.”
