Information reaching us at InsideMainland has it that two men alleged to be armed robbers met their end earlier today, Thursday, January 18, 2017, after they were gunned down by security operatives.
It was learnt that they were gunned down at Alakija bus stop, Satellite town, Lagos Mainland, after a hot chase operatives attached to the Lagos State Police Command.
A resident of the area who noticed a large gathering at the popular bus stop told InsideMainland that “there was heavy Police presence in the area after the incident occurred”.
While the details of the incident is still sketchy, efforts to reach the spokesperson of the Command for comments proved futile as at press time.
