Days after the shocking discovery of two unidentified persons found dead inside a car behind the popular Nigerian Institute of Journalism complex, Ogba, Lagos Mainland, recent revelations have shown the identities of the victims.
Recall that InsideMainland reported the mild drama in Ogba, Lagos Mainland, after passersby discovered the lifeless remains of a man and a woman in their car in the area on Sunday, October 29, 2017.
According to a report by City Rovers, the victims have been identified as Olowo Lukman Olayinka and Nse Promise Nnena.
The report revealed that the victims allegedly lived in the same compound owned by Olayinka’s father while he was also a close friend of Nnena’s husband.
Olayinka, reportedly an employee of the Lagos State Environmental Maintenance Agency (LASEMA) is married with his wife said to be nursing a newborn.
Nnena on the other hand prior to her death was reportedly married with speculations that she was already finalizing her divorce with her hubby.
Meanwhile, the report indicated that a faulty air conditioner in the car may have led to the death of the alleged lovers.
It was reported that a leakage of in the car’s exhaust into the vehicle’s cabin, while a person is snoozing, could increase the risk of suffocation as it would decrease the oxygen level inside the car.
Recall that a Police officer attached to the Area G Division told InsideMainland that “the cause of death of the two persons is unknown” at the time of the incident. The officer added that an autopsy is the most trusted option to determine the cause of death.
