From Ojuelegba to the world; Wizkid makes history as a black man

Multiple award-winning singer,  Wizkid has proved that nothing is impossible if you set your mind to achieving it.

With Lagos Mainland being the home of most of the finest artists to grace the Nigerian entertainment industry, Wizkid took the notch a bit higher when he made history as the first Nigerian artist to the iconic Royal Albert Hall in London.

In an arena filled with over 5,000 guests, he wowed the crowd performing a medley of his classic singles from when he started his journey with EME to his recent songs.

The game changer was when he sang one of his chart-topping singles ‘Ojuelegba’ which serenaded the audience present.

Sharing the stage with him was another talented artist who was also born and raised in Mushin area of Lagos Mainland, Wande Coal.

Wizkid ended the show with the promise to shut down 02 arena next year.
