Three suspected members allegedly belonging to the dreaded terror group, Badoo, were lynched to death today, Sunday, July 2, 2017, at Odogunyan, Ikorodu.
The suspects were reportedly arrested by residents in the early hours of this morning driving a SUV with a big stone and other suspected items linked to the Badoo group,InsideMainland learnt.
Upon their arrest, the angry residents pounced on the suspects before setting them ablaze in the community.
According to a Facebook User, Rasheed Adedeji Fatuga who shared the information via his page, the SUV driven by the suspects was also set on fire.
“Odogunyan area of Ikorodu is hot and on fire as Vigilantes caught three notorious Badoo suspects. They were caught in a Jeep parked on Oju-emuren street as our source described, well dressed in suits,” he shared on his page.
He added that “oil, grinding stone and charms were also found in their vehicle. Angry Mobs have already delivered justice on them by killing and burning them along with their jeep.”
The attack by the angry resident is coming hours after the joint operation by the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Oodua People’s Congress (OPC) AND Onyabo Vigilante Group led to the arrest of 15 suspects allegedly belonging to the cultist group.
