LG Polls: APC primaries to hold May 26 & 29; See the details

The Lagos State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has released guidelines for the party’s primary elections, indicating when the party would hold chairmanship and councillorship primaries for candidates.

The primaries is scheduled to hold on Friday, May 26 and Monday 29, 2017 respectively.

In the updated guidelines signed by the Chairman State Electoral Committee, Senator Tokunbo Afikuyomi, and appeal for loss during the primaries is billed to hold between Tuesday, May 30 and Wednesday, May 31, 2017.

In addition, collection and submission of Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) by candidates is fixed for Wednesday, May 31 and Friday, June 2, 2017.

According to the Updated Further Guidelines, there shall be 7 members State Electoral Committee, 5 members of LG Committee and 5 members Ward Electoral Committee for the party primaries.
