Continuous Darkness: Oko-Oba residents protest 4 months of lack of power supply

Following the continuous lack of power supply in their area, residents of Oko-Oba community under the Agege Local Government trooped out in numbers to protest against power distribution network, Ikeja Electric.

The residents staged the protest yesterday, Tuesday, January 31, 2016, at Orile Agege, Lagos.

Apart from the complaints over lack of power, Daily Trust Newspaper also reported that the residents protested against the lack of prepaid meters, continuous exploitation, and disconnection of their cables by Ikeja Electric.
