As residents go about their daily activities to eke out a living legitimately, so do fraudsters who are looking for different means to fleece residents of their money.
According to a Facebook User, Oluwatimilehin Adedotun Olajide, residents who own cars should be conscious when buying fuel from filling stations.
He narrated that he drove into a filling station in Gbagada where he told the attendant to fill his tank with N2000 worth of fuel. He was however shortchanged by the attendant who dispensed fuel worth N1450.
Olajide disclosed that he raised his voice after knowing of the scam perpetrated by the attendant. He added that the attendant who begged for pity quickly dispensed the total worth of fuel for N2000 and thereafter proceeded to pacify him.
